Registration Guide
I. Event Information
(1) Date and Start Time
Sunday, 30 November 2025, 08:00
(2) Categories and Scale
- The Race (100 km): 2,000 participants
- The Ride (55 km): 1,000 participants
Total: 3,000 participants
II. Eligibility
(1) Registration Period
From 17:00 on 28 October 2025 until 12:00 on 16 November 2025, or until all
places are filled.
(2) Age Requirement
Participants must be aged between 18 and 65 (born between 27 November 1960 and
27 November 2007).
(3) Qualification and Experience
- UCI- or CCA-registered professional cyclists and retired professionals within
the last two years are not eligible to register.
- Participants in The Race must have completed at least one 80 km ride within
the past six months at an average speed of no less than 15 km/h.
- Participants in The Ride must have completed at least one 50 km ride within
the past six months (average speed ≥15 km/h).
- All participants must have basic cycling experience and bike-handling skills,
including straight-line cruising, climbing, drafting, cornering and smooth
braking. They must also be able to respond appropriately to various conditions
during group riding.
(4) Health and Medical Examination
- All participants must ensure that they are in good health and free from any
medical conditions that would make them unsuitable for high-intensity endurance
activities, including but not limited to heart disease, hypertension,
myocardial infarction or mental illness. Participants must remain sober and
must not be under the influence of any substances that could impair their
judgment or physical performance.
- Participants must provide a valid medical report issued within six months
prior to the race by a Class II Grade A or higher hospital or a qualified
medical institution. The report must include at least an electrocardiogram
(ECG), blood pressure test, and cardiopulmonary function test.
(5) Insurance
The Organising Committee will purchase accident insurance covering all
participants during the race period. Participants are also advised to obtain
additional personal accident insurance with higher coverage or broader
protection based on their individual needs.
III. Registration Fees
- The Race: RMB 529 per person
- The Ride: RMB 329 per person
Fees include: race entry, basic event services, on-site medical assistance, and
a finisher’s package. Participants are responsible for any other expenses not
listed above.
IV. Refund Policy
- A full refund may be requested before 24:00 on 10 November 2025.
- A 50% refund may be requested between 11 and 15 November 2025 (before 24:00).
- No refund requests will be accepted after 23:59 on 15 November 2025. After
that date, the Organising Committee will post the race kit to the address
provided at registration (postage included).

V. Check-in and Race Kit
Collection

(3) Race Kit Collection Schedule and Locations
- 26–27 November: L’Étape Leshan Pop-up Store (Time Edition Mall, Chengdu)
- 28–29 November: Emeishan Sports Centre (Event Village Main Venue)
(4) Collection Instructions
- Race kits must be collected in person by the registered participant; proxy
collection is not permitted.
- Participants must present their original ID card and a valid medical report
issued within the past six months by a qualified medical institution. The
report must include ECG, blood pressure and cardiopulmonary test results.
Copies are accepted.
VI. Additional Notes
- Each participant may register for only one category — either The
Race or The Ride. Duplicate registration is not allowed.
- All registration information must be true and accurate. The
Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel entries and refund fees if a
participant fails to meet the eligibility requirements. Any losses resulting
from false information shall be borne solely by the participant.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, public
emergencies or government restrictions), the Organising Committee will issue
further notices and make appropriate arrangements regarding event adjustments
or cancellations.
