Upon successful registration, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and rules herein; you shall independently bear all corresponding legal liabilities for any violations.

II. Identity Restrictions for Registered Users

2.1 As a registered user of the website, you must be a citizen of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter, “China”, which for the purpose of this Agreement excludes Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), be at least 18 years old, and possess full civil rights capacity and civil conduct capacity. Otherwise, you must immediately stop the registration process and cease using the services. The website may terminate your registration and services at any time; you shall compensate the website for all losses caused by your improper registration, and your guardian shall bear joint and several liability.

2.2 When registering and throughout your use of the services, you shall provide true personal information and ensure that all information you submit (including but not limited to email address, phone number, contact address, postal code, personal identification information, credit information, etc.) is authentic, accurate, complete, and up to date from registration onward. If any information you provided changes, you shall promptly update it on the website. If the website is unable to provide services or errors occur due to your failure to update, you shall independently bear all resulting legal liabilities and consequences.

2.3 If you register or use the services with another person’s information or submit information that does not comply with the above provisions, you shall bear all resulting responsibilities and consequences. The website assumes no liability; you shall compensate the website and other users for any losses thereby caused.

Unless otherwise provided herein, you shall not transfer or authorize your registered email, mobile number, or password to third parties. You acknowledge that all actions taken after logging in with your mobile number and password, and all emails sent from your registered email address, are deemed to be your actions and you shall bear the corresponding legal consequences.

4.4 All contents of the website, including but not limited to text, data, images, audio, video, and other information, are protected by the website’s intellectual property rights. Without the website’s prior written consent, you or any other person shall not copy, adapt, distribute, publish, display, or otherwise infringe the website’s intellectual property rights.

V. Protection and Disclosure of User Information

If your account password or related information is disclosed for reasons not attributable to the website, you shall promptly notify the website to mitigate potential losses, which shall be borne by you.

6.2 If you discover that another person has fraudulently used or stolen your account and password or engaged in any other unauthorized conduct, you shall immediately notify the website in writing and request suspension of services. The website will respond actively, but you understand that a reasonable period is required to act, during which the website shall not be liable for instructions already executed and/or any resulting losses.

6.3 The website may involve or link to other websites owned, controlled, or operated by third parties (the “Third-Party Websites”). The website cannot and is not obliged to guarantee the authenticity or validity of information on Third-Party Websites. You acknowledge that your use of such sites is governed by their own agreements, not this Agreement, and you shall independently assess and bear the risks regarding their content, products, advertisements, and any other information.

6.4 If the website fails to perform or does not perform as agreed due to equipment or system failures or defects of the website or related third parties, viruses, hacking, network failures or interruptions, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, tsunamis, lightning, fires, plagues, epidemics, wars, terrorism, hostile acts, riots, strikes, transportation interruptions, suspension of essential services, power outages, severe economic deterioration, government controls, or other similar events, such failure shall not constitute a breach by the website, and the website shall not be liable for resulting losses.

VII. Notices

Notices under this Agreement made by public announcement shall be deemed delivered upon posting on the website. Other notices addressed specifically to you will be sent to the email address you provided at registration or upon subsequent updates, or to the “Basic Information” area of your personal account set by the site administrator, or to the mobile phone number bound to your account after registration, and shall be deemed delivered upon sending. Please pay close attention to emails and messages in your “Basic Information” and SMS on your phone.

VIII. Liability for Breach

If you violate any representation, warranty, undertaking, or other obligation under this Agreement, thereby causing any loss to the website or its shareholders, actual controllers, employees, or other users, you shall fully compensate the injured party for such loss.

IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules). If any term conflicts with applicable law, such term shall be reinterpreted in accordance with the law, and the remaining valid terms shall continue in force. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be submitted to the People’s Court with jurisdiction over the domicile of Taker (Chengdu) Sports and Cultural Development Co., Ltd.

X. Termination

10.1 Unless this Agreement is terminated by the website, or you apply to terminate this Agreement and cancel your account with the website’s consent, this Agreement remains effective. If you violate this Agreement or relevant rules, or as required by applicable laws, regulations, or government authorities, the website may, by the notice methods set out in Article VII (including but not limited to email), notify you of termination, close your account, or restrict your use of the website.

10.2 If you no longer meet the identity conditions for registered users set out in Article II (including but not limited to no longer being a Chinese citizen, death, or loss of civil conduct capacity), this Agreement shall terminate according to law. Upon submission of supporting documents, your lawfully authorized representative, heir, guardian, or immediate family member may apply to the website to access your registered user information and other transaction information and modify relevant information. The website is entitled to close your account accordingly.

XI. Miscellaneous

11.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

11.2 The website may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to its affiliates.

11.3 The right to interpret this Agreement rests with the legal entity of this website.
